A. Mashav Relocation requires a $100 deposit in order to reserve your moving date and crew. We do this to ensure that you have the correct equipment and necessary staff available on the day of the move and to protect ourselves against customers who schedule more than one mover and then use whichever company shows up first. Believe it or not, that does happen. Your $100 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the move. Please note that your deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation 48hr prior to your pickup date.
